Despite a rocky start with the window-shades, the prompt room change provided a comfortable stay with excellent heat control and a generous breakfast. the staff's professionalism and great service made the experience worthwhile, overshadowing the initial inconvenience. the spacious room with cozy seating areas and a plus-size bathtub added to the pleasant stay, perfect for a family of four. the location near restaurants and entertainment options offered convenience, making it a great base for exploring the area.
